Explanation of the Functions of Each Fuse on the Wiring PCB
Purpose: Used to protect the power supply for the machine tool’s ON/OFF control.
Symptom: The CNC power supply cannot be turned on.
Solution: Inspect the power ON/OFF circuit on the wiring board. Inspect the cables between the operator panel and the wiring board.
Purpose: Provides general protection for standard option input/output signals.
Symptom: Standard option input/output signals are not being generated.
Solution: Disconnect the standard option wiring and inspect each individual wire.
Purpose: Provides protection for the external interface power supply.
Symptom: Alarms EX1012, EX1021, EX1023, EX1024, SV401, SV480, and SV487 occur simultaneously.
Solution: Disconnect the external machine wiring, locate the short circuit, and replace the component.
Purpose: Protects the operator panel power supply.
Symptom: The CNC power supply is cut off.
Solution: Inspect the keyboard, I/O board, and wiring. Replace the keyboard.
Purpose: Provides protection for the internal light, status indicator lights, and Z-axis brake.
Symptoms: Power to the internal light and status indicator lights is cut off. The Y-axis brake cannot be released.
Solution: Disconnect the wiring for the Y-axis brake, then inspect the brake and wiring.
Connection Targets: XS12-1 Z-axis brake; XS12-2 Machine interior light; XS12-3, 4, 5, 6 Status indicator lights.
