SV0474 EXCESS ERROR (STOP:SV)

Reason for alarm: The Servo detected that the positional deviation during stopping exceeded the parameter (No. 1839, No. 1842) setting value.

Troubleshooting Steps: Check whether the set values for parameters No. 1839 and No. 1842 are too low.

SV0475 EXCESS ERROR (MOVE:SV)

Reason for alarm: The Servo detected that the positional deviation during traveling exceeded the parameter (No. 1838, No. 1841) setting value.

Troubleshooting Steps: Check whether the set values for parameters No. 1838 and No. 1841 are too low.

SV0476 ILLEGAL SPEED CMD. (SV)

Reason for alarm: The Servo detected that the specified speed on the axis exceeded the safety speed during safety monitoring (the safety check request signal (*VLDVx) is 0).

Troubleshooting Steps: When the guard is open, confirm the proper value is set to parameters No. 13821 to 13824 and No. 13826 to 13829. Make sure the operation is within the safety speed range.

SV0477 ILLEGAL MACHINE POS. (SV)

Reason for alarm: The Servo detected that the machine position on the axis is not in the safety area (parameter No. 13831 to 13838) during safety monitoring.

Troubleshooting Steps: When the guard is open, confirm proper values are set to parameters No. 13831 to 13838 and operate within the safety area. Safe machine position monitoring is performed after the machine reference position is established.

SV0478 ILLEGAL AXIS DATA (SV)

Reason for alarm: The Servo detected an error during axis data transfer.

Troubleshooting Steps: If the alarm occurs after performing axis number setting for the servo amplifier, set parameter No. 2212#4 to 1, reset the bit to 0, and then turn off the power to the entire system. Otherwise, replace the servo amplifier if the alarm occurs.

SV0481 SAFETY PARAM ERROR (SV)

Reason for alarm: An error was detected by the Servo safety parameter check function.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check if the error is too large.
  2. Check if the speed is abnormal.
  3. Check if the mechanical position is abnormal.
  4. Check if the shaft number is abnormal.
  5. Check if the safety parameters are abnormal.

SV0484 SAFETY FUNCTION ERROR (SV)

Reason for alarm: An error occurred in the safety functions of the Servo.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Servo or CNC detected that Servo software safety functions were not executed.
  2. A mismatch occurred between Servo software and CNC safety function results.
  3. An error occurred during a Servo CPU test.
  4. An error occurred during a Servo RAM test.

SV0488 SELF TEST OVER TIME

Reason for alarm: MCC off Test was not completed within the specified time (parameter No. 1946).

Troubleshooting Steps: Check the MCC contact.

SV0489 SAFETY PARAM ERROR (CNC)

Reason for alarm: An error for the safety parameter check function was detected on the n-th axis by CNC.

Troubleshooting Steps: Please refer to SV0481.

SV0490 SAFETY FUNCTION ERROR (CNC)

Reason for alarm: An error occurred in the safety functions of CNC. The Servo detected the inexecution of CNC safety functions or a mismatch between CNC and Servo safety function results.

Troubleshooting Steps: Replace the CPU card.

SV0494 ILLEGAL SPEED CMD. (CNC)

Reason for alarm: The CNC detected that the specified speed exceeded the safety speed setting during safety monitoring (the safety check request signal (*VLDVx) is 0).

Troubleshooting Steps: When the guard is open, confirm proper values are set to parameters No. 13821 to 13824 for position control and No. 13826 to 13829 for velocity control. Make sure the operation is within the safety speed.

SV0495 ILLEGAL MACHINE POS. (CNC)

Reason for alarm: The CNC detected that the machine position is not in the safety area (parameter No. 13831 to 13838) during safety monitoring.

Troubleshooting Steps: When the guard is open, confirm proper values are set to parameters No. 13831 to 13838 and operate within the safety area. Safe machine position monitoring is performed for the axis whose machine reference position is established.

SV0496 ILLEGAL AXIS DATA (CNC)

Reason for alarm: The CNC detected an error during axis data transfer.

Troubleshooting Steps: If the alarm occurs after performing axis number setting for the servo amplifier, set parameter No. 2212#4 to 1, reset the bit to 0, and then turn off the power to the entire system. Otherwise, replace the servo amplifier where the alarm occurred.

SV0498 AXIS NUMBER NOT SET (CNC)

Reason for alarm: The CNC detected that the axis number is not set with the servo amplifier.

Troubleshooting Steps: Turn off the power to the entire system. Then an axis number is automatically set.
