Is a successor planned? Many electronics OEMs share this under NDA; mechanical suppliers can too, if you insist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3) Last-time-buy (LTB) and stocking deals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tie price protection to that notice period, and calculate inventory to cover expected demand plus a safety buffer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4) Qualified alternates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mandate \u201cat least two approved sources\u201d for any component above a pre-set criticality score.
